the reception staff were warm. i found manas and suja to be professional, always ensuring we had towels. they even located my wife's lost earring. i appreciate their care throughout our week-long stay and their amazing work.
i noticed some mold on the walls in the room, though i got a different room two days later.

Excellent Stay

The location is amazing. It is close to many walk-in tracks. the front desk was professional and helpful . the room was very comfortable, spacious, and had a balcony with a view. taxis were easy to find because of the prime location.
the housekeeping staff came to clean the room very late in the afternoon. i was out almost all day and returned to find the room not yet cleaned. it would be better if cleaning was completed earlier in the day.

The location is great. i could walk to the running trail and beaches. several restaurants were also nearby. hein at reception was very helpful. We had a smooth check-in even as my baby was upset. it was a nice place for relaxation.
the breakfast was not good. it catered to european tastes, but i found the coffee awful. that meant noise throughout the day. i booked and paid in advance, then the price dropped, and they would not adjust it.

The breakfast was disappointing. It lacked variety for european tastes. the coffee was awful, not enjoyable at all! i also felt it unfair that the hotel reduced the price of rooms after i had already booked and paid in advance. They didn't even reply to my query about it.

the hotel locates close to the beach and i can walk there easily. a supermarket is nearby too, very convenient. the ac was perfect making it 23°c inside even though it was super hot outside. the ventilation was great so i could dry my clothes quickly.
breakfast is a bit boring if you are looking for european options.

The staff was really friendly. they did everything they could to. The room looked attractive, and the bed was super comfortable. The pool was great, the water was excellent, so clean and without strong aroma.
The room wasn't very well soundproofed from the outside! I woke up a couple of times because vehicles passed by during the night. Breakfast wasn't great, with not much choice.
