I enjoyed my stay at Beach Walk Hotel Jumeirah. The location was fantastic, right beside the beach, and the hotel was clean and cozy. However, I had some issues with the reception staff and the noise level from the road was a bit bothersome at times.

I stayed in a Superior Room, and while it was cozy, the door lock was really noisy, making it hard to open and close quietly. Plus, I had booked separate beds, but they didn't provide that.

The reception staff left a lot to be desired. I had requested a sea view upgrade beforehand, but they initially couldn't find any record of it. After some back and forth, they managed to offer me a room with a view, but it was a frustrating start. Additionally, there was confusion over scooter rental charges.
